The first international inclusive refereeing tournament

The BMR Championship is an inclusive refereeing tournament born from the Be My Referee project. In the BMR Championship, referees with intellectual disabilities have the opportunity to officiate real matches alongside professionals, applying their knowledge in a competitive environment.

An experience that demonstrates that inclusion is also lived within refereeing.

What role does AGF play
in BMR CHAMPIONSHIP?

STRATEGY AND COMMUNICATION

We define and execute the championship’s communication strategy: visual identity, content creation, and media and social media relations to maximize the event’s visibility at both national and international levels.

LOGISTICS AND PRODUCTION

We oversee the championship’s full production and operations, including coordination of domestic and international transport, management of accommodations and meal plans, administration of sports venues and facilities, and on-site supervision throughout each matchday.

COMPETITION

We design and implement the championship’s official regulations, coordinating with sports and technical officials to ensure a structured, fair, and professional competition.

VOLUNTEERING

We recruit, coordinate, and support the volunteer team—a key element in ensuring a seamless experience for participants, staff, and spectators throughout the event.
